Have you taken time out to love YOU today?

Self care is vital. How can you truly make anyone happy if you never make time for yourself? Most people don’t realize that they stand in front of their own happiness because they are neglecting themselves.

Dedicate at least 20 minutes daily to do whatever it is that makes you feel energized, recharged and at peace… Not only will this make you happier, but you will live a longer and more youthful life!

Some of my rituals are as simple as, lighting a candle, sitting in stillness, breathing deeply, dancing, buying plants and enjoying my morning tea in silence. I also love writing down my favorite quotes somewhere I can see them daily. The key to a radiant life is to actively allow the sunshine to make its way in…

  • Exercise
  • Read
  • Meditate
  • Draw
  • Take naps
  • Eat fruits
  • Take a yoga class
  • Drink more water
  • Go to bed early
  • Cleanse your home
  • Take a relaxing bath
  • Listen to calm music
  • Write down your goals
  • Spend time in nature
  • Let go of unhealthy relationships
  • Speak about your issues (Never hold them in)
  • Say affirmations (I am wise, I am beautiful)
  • Don’t be afraid to say ‘I love you’
